Il progetto Jetlag nasce con l’intento di offrire ai clienti un gelato di elevata qualità utilizzando materie prime selezionate a livello regionale, nazionale ed internazionale.
L’idea imprenditoriale prevedeva di unire ad un punto di produzione e vendita fisso una bicicletta-carretto gelato per vendere i nostri prodotti anche all’interno di sagre paesane ed eventi popolari.
Grazie al cofinanziamento della Regione veneto nell’ambito del POR FESR 2014-2020 asse 3.5.1. Sub-Azione A è stato possibile realizzare questo progetto.
Il contributo assegnato ha permesso di acquistare macchinari professionali fondamentali per l’esercizio dell’attività, arredare e adeguare il punto vendita e produzione secondo gli standard prefissati e infine di acquisire il carretto gelato per la nostra vendita itinerante.
La realizzazione del progetto ha preso avvio a fine 2017 concludendosi definitivamente ad Ottobre 2018.
I primi risultati positivi e i feedback della clientela permettono oggi di guardare al futuro per valutare nuove ed innovative possibilità di sviluppo.
Jetlag was born with the objective of providing Customers with a high quality ice cream made of products carefully selected at a regional, national and international level.
Apart from a shop where the production and selling would be carried out, the entrepreneurial idea aimed at offering an ice cream cart to be used at country festivals and celebrations.
The project was made possible thanks to the Veneto Region co-founding granted in the framework of POR FESR 2014-2020 3.5.1 Sub-Action A.
The co-founding allowed us to purchase professional machines for the production of ice cream, to furnish the shop in compliance with the expected standards, and to acquire the ice cream cart for our travelling selling.
The project was started at the end of 2017 and was completed in October 2018.
The first results and the excellent feedback received from our Clients so far, allow us to positively look at the future and to aim at new and innovative opportunities for development.
